A Space for Everyone
The Hub on the Heath is a not-for-profit community interest café bringing people together through coffee, creativity and connection. We host regular events, workshops and support groups. From free legal advice to book clubs, Scrabble, crafts and creative workshops. You can drop in anytime to paint pottery, explore handmade goods from local vendors, or simply relax and enjoy a welcoming community space.

How it Started
The Hub on the Heath opened on the 15th of August 2023, founded by Carole Taylor, who envisioned creating a true community hub in the unit at 10 Adastral Square for more than 20 years. Just one week after being told she would be made redundant, the previous café in the unit announced it would be closing, an opportunity she described as fate.
Determined to keep the space alive for local people, Carole believed it was vital that it remained a place where the community could come together. Today The Hub continues that vision, offering a welcoming environment filled with conversation, creativity and connection.

Parking & Accessibility
Free parking is available in the public car park just off Scarf Road, only a 1 minute walk from the café.
The café is fully accessible for wheelchair users and mobility scooters, we aim to provide a welcoming space for everyone.
Our café includes an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities to ensure everyone feels comfortable visiting.
